Eligibility for Returns
Products are eligible for return only if received in a damaged or defective condition.
Any such issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, along with:
Clear photographs of the damaged product, and
A product unboxing video as proof of damage.
Items must be unused, unworn, with all original tags, and in their original packaging.
Returns must be initiated by contacting us first at [support@ethnoessence.in]; returns sent without prior communication will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
Please note, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for the following reasons:
Minor color variations due to lighting or screen display differences.
Size-related issues if the product details (including size chart) were provided in the description.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you on the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note: It may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the refunded amount.
